Hiding behind. It’s what we do when we are scared. We hide behind our parents, friends, church, accomplishments, achievements, kids, status, pain, unworthiness, ego. Something outside of ourselves to protect us from the fear. External. Walls. It’s an illusion. Pretend. False. Defense mechanism. Fear of the truth. What is right in front of us. An optical illusion. Hidden in plain sight. War with what is.

Step out. Into the light. Acceptance. Life. Allowing what is. Arms open wide. Receive. Feel it with the heart and body. No mind stories. No attachments. No past. Let go. No future. Mystery. Presence. Flow.

Spark = Chemistry = Connection

Listen to the whispers and follow the signs. They are clues. Bread crumbs. Showing the way. Speaking to us in the universal language. The first language. The master key to a life of connectedness, truth, ease, beauty, love. The heart and soul are in charge, the leaders. It is all inside ourselves, the answers to good questions. Listen closely. Pay attention. Learn the language. Practice. Become fluent. Immersion. Open to new experiences and opportunities to develop and share. No beginning. No end. Just now.
